cdm coordination
Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 the client is required to appoint a CDM co-ordinator on all construction projects at the earliest opportunity, if the project is to exceed 30 days or involve more than 500 person days.
HK's CDM Co-ordination service provides the necessary advice to the client, design team and contractor to ensure the required standards under the regulation are met, while also submitting all the necessary notification to the Health and Safety Executive. This service can be included with all HK fit-out and refurbishment projects or as a standalone service.
